Returns Policy

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return postage unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  **Non graded "bullion" coins or rounds are not eligible for return based on the constantly changing precious metals market prices. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days after we have received and checked the package to assure the contents/condition of the item(s) matches what was sent. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.  This timeline includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 4 business days).

Shipping

Shipping is free to any address located in the U.S.A, and is generally shipped via USPS Priority or First Class with tracking.  Packages may require a signature for delivery depending on the value.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  International shipping charges vary, please contact us with any questions.
